I wish to support the Trust's educational, cultural, spiritual, and community development initiatives to the best of my ability.

1. Who can become a Patron?

Anyone who believes in our mission and wishes to support the educational, spiritual, cultural, or community development work of Nirbana Educational Trust is welcome to become a Patron.

2. Is there a minimum contribution required?

No. There is no minimum contribution. Every form of support, whether financial, material, professional, or voluntary, is valued equally. We believe in long-term association rather than a one-time financial transaction, which aligns with our philosophy of the monastery and the educational trust.

3. Can I support a specific project?

Yes. You may choose to support a particular initiative such as children’s education, hostel construction, monastery development, community welfare and recreation, cultural preservation, or the Astrology Residency Programme. We would be grateful to learn how you may wish to contribute beyond support, including your ideas, guidance, and recommendations to help us build a stronger foundation for the community we serve.

4. Can I contribute my skills instead of making a financial donation?

Absolutely. We welcome professionals, educators, researchers, artists, volunteers, and mentors who wish to share their knowledge and experience with our community.

5. Will I receive updates on the work I support?

Yes. Patrons may receive periodic updates on the Trust’s activities, ongoing projects, and community initiatives. Our newsletters, publications, and annual reports will be shared with all our Patrons and made available on our official website and social handles to ensure transparency and keep our community informed about our activities, progress, and initiatives.

6. Can I visit the monastery as a Patron?

Yes. Patrons are welcome to visit the monastery by prior appointment so that suitable arrangements can be made. Occasional stays can also be arranged on request.

7. Is my contribution tax exempt?

Tax benefits, where applicable, will depend on the Trust’s statutory registrations and the laws in force at the time of the contribution. The Trust is currently undertaking the necessary documentation and compliance processes to obtain applicable tax exemption registrations and approvals under the relevant provisions of Indian tax laws.

8. Will my name be publicly acknowledged?

Only with your consent. We respect the privacy of every Patron and will acknowledge contributions only if you wish to be recognized.

9. Can I become a long-term Patron?

Yes. We welcome individuals and organizations interested in building long-term relationships and supporting the sustainable growth of the monastery and its community programmes.

10. How will my contribution be used?

Every contribution is directed towards strengthening the Trust’s educational, community welfare, cultural, and infrastructure initiatives in accordance with its mission and ongoing priorities.
